I only bought my house a year ago
But have great job offer across the country
since im moving for the job i wouldnt pay capitol gains because of relocation.
think is i wont make any profit
ive had two offers already after just 7 days listing it
it is a cute house in great area of philadelphia burbs
if i sell now i will have 140,000 in equity to walk away with.
if i waited to sell until next year will the market have gone up that much ?
or should i not be greedy and just sell now ?
the job offer is in writing.
i wont lose anything on the house, break even deal.
and it was built in 1880 and even though is a 500k house something is always falling apart.
taking 140 and starting new job sounds best.

I posted this on facebook and it was just going to be there cause it was just a quickly one day made when waiting for the shower. But turns out everyone really enjoyed it so I thought I would share it on here. This is my Lion Characters changed into humans… Sims 2 humans… the best kind. LOL. Anyway I only had video of them as children and teens. I am still playing them I don’t plan to send them to university till Apartment Life expansion for the Sims2 comes out. Since I forgot in the credits to have the song. And for all those who may not know the song is Everytime We Touch by Cascada

i have had a very hard life so i can relate to alot of dr. phil shows i sometimes cry and feel depressed yet enlighten and more aware my husband think this is drudging up bad parts of my life but to me it’s like therapy to see people handle the same things i had to such as divorce infedelity and molestation and abuse rape ect. anyways he always yells when the show is on and says i’m addicted and i must love dr phil i do i love what he does for people i have to watch the show everyday is this running me crazy or am i right and it good to experience your pain and face it to heal it my husband hasn’t been through as much and i just don’t think he understands it’s not good to push things down as he has never had too

My grandson was married in July and I just wondered how long after the wedding they are supposed to send out thank you cards. It used to be 6 months but I’m not sure anymore. Thank you for your responses.
