I only bought my house a year ago
But have great job offer across the country
since im moving for the job i wouldnt pay capitol gains because of relocation.
think is i wont make any profit
ive had two offers already after just 7 days listing it
it is a cute house in great area of philadelphia burbs
if i sell now i will have 140,000 in equity to walk away with.
if i waited to sell until next year will the market have gone up that much ?
or should i not be greedy and just sell now ?
the job offer is in writing.
i wont lose anything on the house, break even deal.
and it was built in 1880 and even though is a 500k house something is always falling apart.
taking 140 and starting new job sounds best.
